This black velveteen dress is a classic and I did a version of this every year when I designed for Martha’s Miniatures.

The dress has a front inset with three rows of gathered eyelet. The front is trimmed in a double plaid taffeta bow with satin rosette. The bodice is fully lined.

The pattern comes complete with petticoat which is made of layered tulle trimmed in satin ribbon. Petticoat has an elastic waist band.
