Kish Riley

Every little girl needs a sailor dress and here is a classic. This dress was made in navy linen and has a white pique collar and cuffs. The bodice is lined. The gathered skirt hits at the natural waistline. The collar and skirt are trimmed in a dotted gross grain ribbon and a petit bow finishes the look.
