Oh what fun she will have in this charming set. The top and skirt are made of cotton calico and both are trimmed in mini rick rack. The skirt is really a one piece with built in panty.

The panty is made as part of the waistband. You will need a cotton/Lycra jersey for this. To finish it off the skirt has a bow and rosette at the waist.
