Up in the attic, she found a trunk and it had the prettiest dress. Grandma wore it back in the late 60’s, but she said it was her mother’s.
Made of cotton batiste, with insertion lace trim, the dress has a dropped waist, butterfly sleeves and a gathered skirt. Hand made linen ribbon rosettes trim the bodice while pin tucks trim the skirt.
This dress used three different pieces of lace, but can be made without the insertions. Pattern has option for lined front so you can trim it as desired.
