Ellowyne’s newest friend Lizette is meeting them for coffee. The warm weather has her decide on a button front halter dress.
The halter is made in a crisp cotton print, and is buttoned only at the fitted waist. The skirt is left open to revel the petticoat underneath.
The petticoat is made of eyelet and has a yoke waist that snap in the back. The hem is trimmed with lace.
