Julia feels like a wild thing in her little three tiered ruffle skirt and bodysuit. The skirt is made of homespun plaid cotton, and edged in black lace. It has a self fabric belt and braces with purchased hardware. I got this from the scrapbook section.

The knit body suit has puffed sleeves with collar and cuffs made of lace.
